End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant

1.1. Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Scala Studios LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to:

• Install and use the software on a single Minecraft network
• Make one backup copy of the software for archival purposes
• Use the software only on servers owned or operated by your network

1.2. Unless explicitly stated in your purchase agreement, this license is restricted to:

• A single Minecraft network (defined as a group of servers under common ownership and branding)
• The specific version purchased and any entitled updates
• The number of servers specified in your purchase agreement

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Use the software on multiple networks or servers not covered by your license
• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or watermarks
• Distribute, lease, license, sell, or otherwise transfer the software
• Use the software to create derivative works
• Attempt to bypass any license verification systems

3. Intellectual Property

The software is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Scala Studios LLC owns and retains all rights, title, and interest in the software, including all intellectual property rights. Your license confers no title or ownership in the software.

4. Updates and Support

4.1. Scala Studios LLC may provide updates or upgrades to the software. Such updates may be subject to additional terms.

4.2. Technical support is provided according to the support terms specified in your purchase agreement.

5. Termination

This license will terminate automatically if you:

• Fail to comply with any term of this EULA
• Attempt to circumvent license restrictions
• Use the software in an unauthorized manner
• Fail to make required payments

6. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. SCALA STUDIOS LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
